Have heard of at least three cases now of people on chemo be let go or forced out basically that were trying to get on long term disability .....never believing long term medical disability again as a "benefit". If you truly wont honor the benefit then dont offer it at the beginning.

You're an id--t. Long Term Disability is what you go on when you and doc decide you can't work anymore. You leave your job but still get paid.
All insurance is a total rip off, especially long term medical care.
Yeah, ever notice you go to doctors office for something and next thing you know they have diagnosed you with a few other things and then want to do follow up tests? I’ve been scared into getting so many needless “tests” done just to “rule something out”. Then, if they discover you are not on any pr-scrip-ions, they try to convince you you need to be on such and such medication. I’m 55, and if I get sick and die, so be it. I’m done making the medical profession rich. I feel great and I don’t expect to live forever. Last year I spent over $10k out of my own pocket in “tests”. They all proved I was healthy and no need to do further “tests”. They like you to spend all the money you have in your insurance plan and use up all your pre tax has savings on needless tests.
I haven’t been to a doctor in over 20 years. Fit as can be and I don’t eat any fast food or GMOs. I never eat out, cook and grow my own vegetables. Haven’t had a flu shot in over 20 years either. Wake up. They want you sick and diseased because your Illnesses are their $$$ gains. The insurance premiums we all pay are ridiculous. Many of us never get sick. Some people look for reasons to go to the doctor. Unless you are bleeding or have an accident, try to avoid doctors.
You are more likely to catch something in the waiting room of a medical office.

Unless you absolutely have to see a doctor...Stay out of the doctor's office... These places look for reasons to get you on pharmaceuticals for life to keep the money rolling in.
Medical system is not there to heal you....it's there to diagnose you and load you up with d--gs that cause side effects that need more d--gs to treat.
