Having experienced this same crash as a Westinghouse employee, I quickly learned not to beat up fellow employees and local managers. They are all suffering like you. This situation is the results of bad top level decisions. Unfortunately, the middle and lower level guys take the biggest hit. Be good to one another and help each other as best you can.
