RR,AA,VT, AK, BK and many VP and Exec are real a-- holes and must be fired immidiately.
Also, many directors and above needs major cleanup.

AA started his Juniper career in the security business. His excellent leadership has made Juniper irrelevant in the security business. Next, he took care of routing and Juniper is now No. 4 in routing from No. 2 position.
The reality is without AA there will be no Juniper today. In the last 12 years he was/is the only exec who event notices the real urgency the problems. There is no point of shooting the only pianist we have.
They are real a__ holes. I left Juniper some time back. I clearly observed that due to some ego politics, the internal positions and promotions are considered for new hires rather for the people who are working for long time. All the egoistic leaders must be kicked out and Juniper must encourage talented people without ego politics.
Why AN, VT got promoted to SVP when revenues are not jumping?
How come some people became directors when they don't even qualify for a first line manager position. On what basis AK became VP when the revenues are declining?
For protmoting people from grade 9 - 10, they say lot of things. But promotions from sr manager->director, sr director->VP and VP->SVP for useless people is so easy. Rami Rahim must address diplomatic politics. Otherwise, he not only loses people or must take personal accountability for people who worked hard for years and realized that their hard work is in vain.
Will a petition be convincing enough to het the attention of BOD about ousting AA and other toxic execs?

AA is the root of the problem. All this sales org shakeup only serves to make customers nervous. Juniper elitism is alive and well and increasingly obsolete in the market.
The person that respectfully disagrees must be one of these execs.

Can confirm AA is an a--hole. RR is not an a--hole, he is just incompetent.
It is hard to generalise a group of people such as this as a-holes. They have collectively shown us they are incompetent, and continue to run this company down into the ground, disregarding the blatant signs around them. That is just not right.
