Forget about the unions! Sign me up for a vrp! Start offering 3 weeks for every year again, with no age limits, and watch the exodus! Why fight it? WE know YOU want to get rid of any Sr. Guys making a livable salary, please, just give us a reason to leave.

Some proposals are in now they have to respond just started feeling out process from what I heard from a negotiator. Haven’t asked recently that was a few weeks back.

We lost days cause of that me too policy, if we was all union we would of kept what we had, but I will tell you one thing. No one is leaving the company, and we are fully staffed how’s your staff? In Your depots. Everyone is on Par with pay thanks Bethpge since y’all was getting hooked up by Dodo, So I am Guessing WE didn’t rot like he thought we would of, that’s where bk at facts. Majority of the staff is thankful everyday they made the decision to go union. we did not lose employees only the people that ran for the okeydoke at spectrum, Like everywhere else did, See Shelton check your parking lots kind of empty ours are full. That speaks volumes.
