We are in deep sh-- as it is, what happens if we lose to Apple (or if a settlement is forced that's not really in our favor?)
How bad do you think it will get in that case?

True but as is so common at Q thats only part of the tale. The verdict could impact the entire licensing business and further, the execs have always being noting that AAPL 'owes' several billion (7 ?) and that the settlement will see repayment of those past royalties. WRONG ASSUMPTION. The VERDICT could be that AAPL is quite correct and Q OWES HUGE REFUNDS TO ALL and that going forward the royalty model must change.
We've already discounted them as a customer, just keep calm.
