Happening again. Large cuts were happening at Markit when acquired by IHS - cuts were happening in 2014 and 2015. The management had no vision and bad auto industry expertise. Narrow product focus at IHS and they are forecasting globally only which makes no sense and hurts the company - that's a bad business process right there
