With crooked Carlos at the helm, it seems ADP has become the new face of corporate corruption and greed. Anyone here actually take the time to dig under the covers with the shady CFO "stepping down" but how slow in actually happening. Don't kid yourself, there is a reason for that and it isn't innocent.

So you want it handed to you on a silver platter? Try doing some research and you will find some high ranking execs at ADP they have associations to, shall we say, quite questionable organizations. Go back and start by looking at Carlos Saladrigas and his handfull of cohorts and who they were tied to and follow threads.
You don't pull off mass layoffs, on the scale of what ADP is doing, without many complicit people. It isn't all Carlos. Just like Enron had numerous complicit people in their cover up, I do believe ADP is and has been intentionally misleading in their filings with the government agencies as to not reveal their true intentions. If you really openly and honestly ask yourself if they are transparent with employees and customers AND the SEC and other agencies you will obviously agree with me they have been extremely unethical and shady in their attempts to add some perceived value to the company in the price of their stock. Seems perhaps that run up in stock price is likely over as it is heading back down over $20 in just the past few weeks.
I don’t believe ADP is like Enron. I do believe Carlos is a dirty CEO who does not give a c-ap about the people who work for him. He’s cashing in his stocks for his big payday exit and he will be moving on eventually.
There is another village, only employees resisting change are worrying themselves silly. Clean up your resume and ask your clients for work, after all you answer their silly and annoying questions all day!
I’ve been thinking this for a while... cfo knows the books are fudged and when he is replaced... the truth will come out..thus the reason he’s still there.

Don't throw around "Enron" unless your thesis is that ADP will go bankrupt. And if so, show your work instead of spreading rumors like a little girl.
