I have joined MM two years ago, now I heard rumor within our group that MM will move to India and lay off people. I got retention bonus, but they say it does not mean anything

Multimedia is not laying off people to shift with to India.
Wake up and smell the coffee man. Everything is shifting to India. Its just a matter of when. The timescales are accelerating with the vast new QIPL campus coming online 2020. The few $retentions handed out were in key teams that have hard targets in next 2 or so years; after that, begone !
