Anyone find transition people jockeying for position - hoping for permanent positions? People who underperformed for years are suddenly making one last push to be important. Some notes to those people
1.you’ve already been fired
2.you would be mad to stay full time after the fired you once

Your kidding yourselves if you think transition is better than stay. Broadcom RSU and compensation cannot be beaten.

Nope. There is whole world outside and Broadcom is just one fish in the ocean perhaps wild but definitively not biggest. Be on transition seems to me like win-win situation, enjoy your time (nothing can happen to you, just look how big pressure is being put on STAY employee), collect your bonus and find new employer. It’s not that difficult.
Yep I’ve witnessed the infighting first hand. stay vs transition. I’m a stay but was kinda hoping for a term letter. Truthfully there are hard working, honest , loyal people, show up every day work a 10 hour day. And they are term or transition. I seriously don’t know what sick f--- put them on the list. I know they didn’t ask for it and wish they were a stay.
Broadcom > Transition. The welcome equity grants are huge, the paltry transition bonus is a joke. RSU's are growing in value, the cash payout from HCL will be stagnant.
Yeah, probably mad that they didn't get to stay at Broadcom so they just trying to hide it
This is BS. No one on transition is desperate to join Broadcom. Everyone I know is instead giving condolences to the people on Stay.
