The VEEX meters were bought to perform hip tests to help identify where problem areas were and help correct performance issues. At least that was the lie told. Really they are just there to rat on us, and keep track of our every step. And most importantly collect data to use against us when it comes to getting reviews and raises. No wonder the top performing guys are just driving around in buckets doing disconnects.

doesn't matter what he did. the fact is in the past, this was the type of situation that would warrant documentation and business as usual afterwards. Now, you mess up you're gone. this is just an excuse to get rid of "high paid" techs, hire cheap replacements and move on. the caliber of employee he was above standard with ZERO infractions and was always there to assist when needed. he was selfless and a great co-worker. this will not go without a response. the time is coming, this was the last straw. we will NOT forget.
