If you are in constant fear or concern of losing a job it may be time to leave. Who wants to be fearful everyday or subject to office gossips about what is, may be, or wont come to pass? Everyone can GO at anytime unvoluntarily. Love it and stay to work your best or leave and find the greener pastures you deserve. Just dont be miserable from day to day.

The fact is ADP is a terrible environment in which to work now days. They "promoted" incompetence who have no real abilities except to lie, cheat, and manipulate for their continued existence. Anyone choosing to spend their time employed by ADP is just ignoring the fact that it is an awful place to work now and is merely telling themselves internal lies to attempt to cope with the horrible working conditions, environment, and management. Look long and hard in the mirror and decide if your deserve better!
ADP has become a company where hard work does not matter anymore. It’s all about who you know and the people who want to play the political games are the only ones who get ahead. So go ahead and bust your asses but just know none of it matters in the end. You will come into work one day and they will say thank you for your service but you are being let go today! You can let this happen to you or do something about it by updating your resume and looking for another job. They say it’s easier to find a new job while you still have a job. Beleive it or not there is life outside of ADP.
I agree just do your time to get a paycheck why even care, sooner or later you will be treated like sh-- anyways and in the process give you the middle finger.
You can also love it and do the minimum to get by, conserving your energy and doing stealth job searches. Why be concerned in giving your all for an unstable company that can lay you off any time. Russian roulette, anyone?
