The author of this article claims to have insider information that the restructuring agreement is very unlikely to happen. Not that I’m surprised, every fact has been pointing towards a bankruptcy filing and God knows Shopko was unavailable to attract any significant creditor. Restructuring takes time and money and we have neither of that. God help us all!
