Things Juniper must do to avoid layoffs

They shouldn't hire exec from outside, the new exec (ML, BK) joined didn't add any value to the company.
Only PFE/Contrail teams have Most of DEs/PEs. Encourage and invest in other teams.
Eliminate stupid promotions to encourage Mafia.
Encourage rotation within teams.
Many people stuck at sr staff level for years to reach P/DE and they call this as business decisions.

Stop this stupid diplomatics.

If you don't want to do this, then demonstrate success. Otherwise, Juniper remains only in history.

Contrail/EVO - 0 revenue. I thought Contrail had revenues, isn't this the case?

The CDO and CTO are building their own mafia. Discourage them.
