Thread regarding Juniper Networks Inc. layoffs

Things Juniper must do to avoid layoffs

  1. They shouldn't hire exec from outside, the new exec (ML, BK) joined didn't add any value to the company.

  2. Only PFE/Contrail teams have Most of DEs/PEs. Encourage and invest in other teams.

  3. Eliminate stupid promotions to encourage Mafia.

  4. Encourage rotation within teams.

  5. Many people stuck at sr staff level for years to reach P/DE and they call this as business decisions.

Stop this stupid diplomatics.

  1. Contrail/EVO - 0 revenue, cut them.

If you don't want to do this, then demonstrate success. Otherwise, Juniper remains only in history.

Only PFE/Contrail teams have Most of DEs/PEs. Add EVO here which is filled with DEs.

Contrail/EVO - 0 revenue. I thought Contrail had revenues, isn't this the case?
