Ask yourself a question - do we really need an army of VPs? What kind of contribution are we talking about here? B&W can cut 50% of them and still do fine - lay them off and you'll see the business improve ASAP. I am not talking layoffs for the sake of layoffs - I am merely referring to way too much overhead that's burdening the bottom line. Everyone will be better off - just let them go.
