Yet people were and still are being put on CAPs and being blamed for missing their numbers. Sounds like wrongful termination and an HR or legal issue to me. Don’t be pushed around for the failings of leadership.

The 2% was Quinn Street and provided 80% of leads to AUO. They converted at 2% and then only 30% of that 2% started classes. That is straight from the Sr. Directors mouth when meeting with each team.
None of that is accurate and its also out of context. The conv % your talking bout were the least expensive (the i dont kno why u are calling me thing) no admin on earth thought ud convert 40% of those. Cmon man
Wow! Do you have a link to that data? It explains so much! Not only are we not getting any new leads, the ones we do have we call 80 times a day to no avail. And they want us to convert at 40%?! Hogwash!
