Stop intimidating people from talking to hr/investigative personnel. If you truly are a good manager you have nothing to fear. The VP needs to be supportive of the investigation instead of turning a blind eye to SCADA.

Why does everybody hate this director so much? What has he been doing to make people mad?
The SCADA Director passed out military leadership manuals to all of his subordinate managers. The working environment is getting hostile, with lots of bullying. Every town hall he states that we are obsolete and our jobs are going away. Im glad I left.
So at least hint at what is being investigated. Canadian, US what??
