If you are not at ADP what's your business being concerned, if you are still there and can't see the red flags it's your problem! Life gives you options!
Yeah, why work hard when you are going to lose your job anyway? Do the absolute minimum and do your best to find a better, more stable job.
"Work like a dog"? ONLY if the individual ALLOWS it! Most are not.
Sadly they will work them like dogs and they will most likely lose their jobs early next year.
