Let the company be more competitive to make this work. I propose cutting pensions and D-Rates giving up that extra $10 an hour. If that could happen it would bring more work to Schenectady. Please it's a contract year and we have to give back to this company. This was brought to me by the 1st Shift Generator Board Member.I believe he is right. Don't trust the other 2 Board Members. The Union Politics are disgusting. Don't just blame the company. Our great Keep it in the Family Union Appointed Officials say this was the best way to make Schenectady more competitive. Local 301 is a joke. I hope at some point we can vote the Union out of Schenectady. Then lazy T-Rates & D-Rates can get fired. No Union protection. Then Schenectady will work. Hey i think the 1st Shift Generator Board Member should bring idea to HR Manager and C.O.E.'s. I believe they have great relationship. They can make it happen. It would be great if it brought work to Schenectady.

I am a D-Rate dipshit. I like my job dipshit. I still got 20 years to work. We need work. I can survive with less to bring work to Schenectady. It's a good plan. I respect him for considering concessions.
It's not extra you dipsh!t, it was the pay scale that was in place when we took the job. Just like you accepted your job for the rate they offered you. If you don't like it, leave. In January you'll be hitting the street anyway, so I guess you have to whine as much as you can now. Your obviously a bottom of the pile T rate that didn't get a skilled trades adder, and now is bitter toward anyone getting more than you. Get your spatula ready, McDonald's is in your future....
