Local 301 Union Brothers

Let the company be more competitive to make this work. I propose cutting pensions and D-Rates giving up that extra $10 an hour. If that could happen it would bring more work to Schenectady. Please it's a contract year and we have to give back to this company. This was brought to me by the 1st Shift Generator Board Member.I believe he is right. Don't trust the other 2 Board Members. They are in C.O.E. pocket.

That board member in punchline put Eric menke in his place everytime he tried to implement something. Jim is a very good board member. But everyone doesn’t have to like there boardmemer. The 273 Boardmember on 1st shift Punchline is only oven tender because he's LAZY and GREEDY. He doesn't want anyone coming in early to fire up the oven to get that 1 hour O.T. everyday. he also don't want to give up his A-- time. He knows we are right. Hey Ji. V You S---

The Union Politics are disgusting. Don't just blame the company. Our great Keep it in the Family Union Appointed Officials say this was the best way to make Schenectady more competitive. Local 301 is a joke. I hope at some point we can vote the Union out of Schenectady. Then lazy T-Rates & D-Rates can get fired. No Union protection. Then Schenectady will work. Let's work to find out how to get rid of Union.

Never give back what you signed up for bottom line. Grow a set and leave. I'm sure th 1st shift board member in question never said this. If he did it would had been years ago when he was looking for votes. Not a smart idea but I guarantee under no circumstances would he say that today. Go back to whatever sh-- hole you came out of before you were hired here. Blame management not the union. Feel free to use your name and the boardmembers name so we can get clarification you rat.

It's not extra you dipsh!t, it was the pay scale that was in place when we took the job. Just like you accepted your job for the rate they offered you. If you don't like it, leave. In January you'll be hitting the street anyway, so I guess you have to whine as much as you can now. Your obviously a bottom of the pile T rate that didn't get a skilled trades adder, and now is bitter toward anyone getting more than you. Get your spatula ready, McDonald's is in your future....
