Why not just hang giant banners and say 'everything is free!' at this point?

SYWR was invented to always shrink the margin, if by mistake sears is making profit. !!!!!!!!!! SYWR was tool to accelerate or de accelerate the decay of sears as and when needed.
looooool on black friday i had so many customers abusing these they kept doing individual transactions to get $15 off of $15/17 jewelry
