The district manager quit the other day. The writing on the wall is now being written with a 3 inch brush!

@WsHQX8K-dbp LMAO I seen Chris Adams DM he rarely came to our store. From my 6 years in the company I just saw him like three times. He seem like a nice fella the last time I saw him was in inventory. I just loved how my SM would basically be s---ing on this dong when he was their.
BTW I think its funny how it starts with the DM than goes to the SM pointing fingers of who should do the job. I am glad my store is closing my SM was probably the most useless SM ever he only complained and did nothing productive. One of the reasons our store really went down faster than expected.
@bvf wherever they went, it probably wasn't owned by the guy who was named as the worst CEO in America in a survey comparing thousands of companies
I no longer work for Sears, my store closed a few months ago. I was in the Seattle District, but the DM we had at the time was awful, at some point her job was eliminated. The DM they have now is actually good, she has been with Sears for over 30 years. I know it's not going to change the fate of the stores, but I am glad for the colleagues of mine that transferred after my store closed to other area stores that they have someone competent to see them thru the final days.
Good for the DM!
Don't do more for a company that isn't willing to do anything for you.
Stop playing yourselves.
It's no one's fault that some people decided to waste 10, 15, 20+ years of their lives with this company to get nothing in return.
When I put my 2 weeks in, the other managers decided to stop talking to me.
They were mad because I found it within myself to leave. I know my value.
And just how do you know it is something better...
SHLD isn't the ONLY POS company in the world 😧😧😧😧
Congrats to them for finding their way to something better
@WsHQX8K-dbp- So what you're saying is that if there is a display that needs to be replenished or the payroll hasn't been submitted on-time or incorrect signs are in place, its the DM's responsibility to fix the issues and not the people who are being paid to handle these tasks.
Chris Adam's from San Diego District should quit!!!! Lazy person ever, he just points and expects someone to get it done asap.
I think people are just jealous that they escaped the cesspool
@bjn - How true! Our DMs were so lazy they wouldn't even carry clipboards. Most of the time they wouldn't even show up for our store visits. Just a bunch of worthless bums!
DMs are a waste of skin & oxygen anyway. Who needs another clipboard carrying oaf?
Someone has had enough and decides to quit, they should be congratulated, and yet all you do is make fun of this individual because they were smart enough to leave..... Amazing. Meanwhile, you'all are still at your dead-end jobs working for a broken company.
Wish mine quit
name?
Which district was he from?
How many DMs and regionals are left?
Probably got tired of driving cross country to visit the ever vanishing stores!
Didn't need him anyway!
With the 188 Sears/kmarts recently announced closing why do we never hear of the DMs getting slashed like the workers are!
Maybe he was mad he was not included in the 322 special people to share the bonus money
Which district were they from?
