Ohhh, I don’t know, serve assure provides a recorded history of performance. Not having serve assure on means 1, no recorded history, and 2, no NIDs, meaning customer service issues can be hidden. So the bottom line is, you can’t lie about quality of service if there is a history of that service. No recorded history means, say whatever you want to about quality of service. It’s hard to provide “optimum” service without drop cable and phone fittings!
Anyone who doesn't create or support crazy theories must be management I guess? Maybe at one point I will get into management. I hope that when I am in management I have level headed people on my team, and not people who take every opportunity to create havoc.
If someone wanted to fudge the numbers, cant they just fudge the numbers? Why would they shut down a platform?

Nodes throughout the entire footprint are monitored 24/7/365 from the NOC (Network Operations Center.

The system produces a daily score for each node based on a number of technical factors (most common being ingress/noise)

If a Node's average 3 day score drops below 90% at any given time, the node is considered to be in distress. A ticket is automatically generated and assigned to OSP dept.

Altice can never ever "hide NIDs" --- would be more likely for Fat Barry to lose weight.
ServAssure is a service provided by Arris. That means that Altice is paying Arris for that service.
A more likely theory would be that their contract agreement expired and Dexter refused to renew it unless they gave him a muy especial discount.
