Under Sweetman, DST suffered a terrible slow death. Countless layoffs, reduced titles and ratings - everyone is a 3, oh and then 3's don't get bonuses, reduced bonuses, benefits were cut, HR had a huge department while other departments were cut. Good luck with her. She is only out for herself.
