Yea. Jimmy was pretty much a d@uche. I remember him pawning her off on Hann to settle a debt. She went for it without knowing. Just sad. Feel bad for her kid.
I do know he’s a con man. He tried to get me to invest in his “telecommunications marketing firm.”
Pretty pathetic pitch. Saw right through him. If she wasn’t able to see past the lies, she must not be very bright.

Good luck. I have to admit that moving away from the Bay Area crosses my mind, too. Over $1 million for a home in a good neighborhood and surrounded by self-serving people in the area just doesn't seem to be worth it anymore.
It'll be the annual tree pruning, at least in my opinion.
I find it funny when people say how much this place has changed over the years. It really hasn't. We've always been part of Silicon Valley's culture of greed - anything for a buck. I've been thinking that I should have parted ways long ago and changed career paths. May still do that. It's never too late.
