Anybody else hearing that Chris McCarthy mandated 95% individual multiplier for most of staff bonuses with only Director and above receiving 100%?

Anything can be manipulated the way it needs to be seen. That’s what having power means and IS!
Bonuses are based on what your base salary is. If you make X amount or higher, you get a bonus.
Coordinators only get overtime if your boss allows it. Mine doesn't. so no overtime and no bonus.

I been here for years and have never received a bonus... would be nice for coordinators to receive a bonus. Managers and above receive them from Viacom and assistants receive them from their executives leaving coordinators the only title that does not get a bonus.
