SM again misleading. Deliberately ? This statement was almost as misleading as the whole $82 materially undervalues the company BS. When do the institutions decide to seek legal remedies for Qs lies and share price manipulation?

A court trial and subsequent verdict is NOT a "settlement".

A "settlement" doesnt mean anything until the details are out. And no doubt the details will be confidential. A settlement will mean the end of the multi-year uncertainty; BUT a settlement might be very very debatable as to whether it is beneficial in the long term. Maybe a 'settlement' will mean A pays 10% of the claimed outstanding royalties and then pays less than 5% on-going ?

Maybe a settlement means A has won a fundamental change in Qs bullying/one sided/but long standing 'screw everyone over' plan ?

SM is not lying. YOU DONT UNDERSTAND HIS LANGUAGE. "DOORSTEP OF SETTLEMENT - means , we have been asked to join trial, essentially we are on doorstep of settlement "court" " LOL LOL

Seems like a blatant lie from SM. This could have it's own legal consequences for SM misrepresenting the lawsuit status to shareholders.

For FWIW, SM said we are in fourth quarter but didn't say who is winning. For NXP deal, his exact words were "we haven't seen anything we didn't expect to see".
