And how is it that KPMG is still their auditor. Recall there was a shareholder vote to remove them and the board and leadership recommended they continue to be GE auditor.
Might be time for another vote because clearly the fox is watching the hen house. I hope leadership at GE gets nice orange one piece for Christmas. Clearly, there is no accountability for the financial engineering. Also, when is the US taxation department going to audit this company and the set crooks? When has GE actually paid tax above 5% rate in the US? They have so many of offshore financial entities they have no clue where they are head quartered. I do not consider GE a US company with exception to aviation.
