Time to update CV and plan the future escape from death of the Qualcomm.

Sad to hear that more hard working employees will be hurt by a completely inept management team. Amazing that these guys continue to stuff their pockets at the expense of the employees. Hopefully 2019 will bring a layoff that matters - the executive team.
Unless someone is literally scooping p00p into the fan, I am pretty sure this is a metaphor...although these days truth seems to matter less.
