Health insurance? Do they work for BCBS or Aetna? No they do not. 401k? Do they work for Meryl Lynch? No they do not? What could you possibly need to know that you cant find out yourself? Call your insurance company. Ask them what questions you have. Personnel has the same information that you could very easily find out for yourself. Personnel associates are not your mommy or daddy. They have the same info you can easily find yourself.
