If supervisor rolls up it's a write up . Points per hour matters , but not able to acquire a bucket truck to help run a drop across a busy road. Psp won't book sros or add in comments that needs bucket to access tap , let's work together

Damn, looks like the OG Kool Aid Man is high as hell. I can't believe i just read this statement. No union anywhere is going to help you get employment elsewhere if you lose your job.
We are the union the mighty mighty union! Represent yourself time is running out on that 4 year agreement. There is no reason they can't get rid of all of us. There are plenty of companies out there cable an other utilities that have been protected because of this. Don't think otherwise if you lose your job with a union they will try to get you employment elsewhere and thats a bigger deal than us and our team captain worrying about a job that can't get done by the end of the day. Take pride in our work Cablevision did Altice not so much.
Now call center is changing time frames and accusing costumers they must have misunderstood from the time of 11 to 2 from a 5 to 8 setting up the techs for bad reviews
