I agree with the things stated in this article. This is definitely the source of the problem and a huge liability. The thing that surprises me is that the leadership, even though this was identified as a big problem, decided not to tackle it first and is trying to raise cash via selloffs. What’s the point of trying to raise cash when you got such a big money-burner at the other end?

They should have spun off Capital as an entire biz unit and not sold the productive assets without the unproductive ones. This is a perfect example of the short sighted leadership of 2 Jet Jeff.
