Why ask questions that you don’t want the answers to? I wonder what these mo--ns (leaders) think the problem is?
Manager handed out a survey from learning and development that asked about the effectiveness of our manager and what we would change. I got put on a plan last week. I’ve got nothing to lose so why not light it up.
