I sent a 3rd party complaint to WSCUC about Ashford University and it's going to be reviewed by a former Bridgepoint employee. Talk about a rigged system. So is there a way to get justice for students, teachers, and employees? I believe so. But it's not directly through WASC/WSCUC. Does that mean that people should not make complaints to the accreditor? No. At some point, the feds may take a look at WASC/WSCUC's records and these complaints could be used. WASC/WSCUC is not ACICS but they have major problems if they aren't willing to provide oversight.
