Many postings on good to great Corporate cultures destroyed. Sadly, this is how it is always been. Empires rise and fall, obnoxious fiefdoms like IPLE and Corporations. The cycle may take 10 years, via anti-trust, poor management or the parts are more valuable than the. Being part of the Cycle s---s but it part of the game. Resistance is futile.....put on a Corporate facade a few hours a day and make sure you focus on your real life. If the Corporation becomes your life then your existence is wasted.

That’s why the company culture is in toilet because not we are only ruled by some bully managers and directors and now we are ruled by aliens LOL. Get real, nobody said you can actually do anything to resist change. It is a fact of life whever you go, maybe at work or on your personal life. You sound like you are one of those who are making $300k a year but wait till they don’t need you anymore. You maybe right on putting a facade few hours everyday that’s why people doesn’t speak up openly because they just putting on a facade coz they’re afraid to lose their jobs. But calling it a game is out of the question coz the game you called is maybe someone else livelihood that actually puts food on the table of their families. That’s why everyone is so fake coz they’re putting a facade everyday. And the comment about “your heirs”, you only have heirs if you actually die with some real money which most people doesn’t have LOL.
