EAP is a program to cover the companies a--. "SEE, we look after our employees, we have a EAP color booklet"
There is no hr, just warm bodies collecting checks. Where do we go to complain about hr?
@proctalgia, you are encouraged to take your concerns to HR where they will be heard, taken seriously, and addressed with the utmost alacrity.
Going to HR only serves to paint a target on YOU.
HR and EAP are useless for employees. They only serve management cult.
But it sure feels good to speak truth to power. These posts are cathartic. Catharsis is necessary to keep all of us on the hamster wheel of productive skin monkeys.
