Dont forget to list your accomplishments. Not clogging the toilet after taking a dump doesnt count. But it should.

First, cut the pay of anyone who's been here more than 10 years, if they haven't quit yet, they'll never quit. 2nd, figure out how many people you need in a job to run things right. Three, see how many people you have. Forth, rank people by pay, hi to lo. 5, cut all the extra headcount, starting at the top of the rank. Six, cut another 20%. 7, report to stewie your contribution to cpi so the board can give him a big bonus. 8, break all mirrors in your house so you never have to look at yourself
Your completely wrong. These guys don’t understand what algorithms are. They do a ranking of butt kissing
That is a major problem with companies today, they keep looking in the box on their desk for the answers. They cannot communicate, they do not understand business (only spreadsheets) and most important they do not understand people. They will continue to fail!
