All of the plant’s acreage has been sold to the new touristic/housing current ongoing development. The main engineering building is being leased already for a while. All engineering work will continue being transferred to other locations in the US Mexico and India. UTC UTAS in Chula Vista will be history next year. Sad.

I was the Sr Occupational Nurse 1994 - 2003 untill my employer had written my letter of resignation asking me to sign after all I did have a work related injury. I wish you all the best sad to hear Rohr, inc is turning in to condos. Shame on UTC
That was probably a typo. End of 2019 instead of 2018.
