There is no use beating around the bush. Clients are very unhappy with the service that they are getting from ADP associates and it is getting worse. Experienced associates are being overwhelmed with work that is left behind by laid off, fired, and ERPed employees and are not able to provide the quality service that they provided in the past. New employees cannot learn the systems fast enough to provide good service before they give up and leave, or try to hang in there before being let go for not being able to do their jobs well.
It is a nightmare for the company. Client quality scores going up? Give me a break. That is fake news designed to put lipstick on the pig.
