It’s been reported that CA issued a federal WARN notice and that it was stated that 54 employees could probably lose their jobs in the Ewing Township office. Think there is little possibility that the cuts in January will stop at this location. We all need to be ready.

Many Ewing employees were termed 10/31 but they found out back in May. The few products there all moved to Prague. Is Ewing closing in January?

It’s possible the affected people already know and were gone with everyone else who was out on day one.
There were a few “official” termination dates in that layoff, varying by WARN requirements.
I think NJ is 60 days, so that’d be a term date of Jan 14 or so. NY is 90 days I think, so that’s Feb 13 or so.
Folks covered under that already know because they’re already not working.
