I blame Admissions for being such a bunch of predatory sharks. Despicable. Students who can barely write, cant function at all and yet Admissons takes them all. Sharks. Crooks. You all ought to be ashamed. This is YOUR fault.

If you knew, you all could have spoken up too. Complicity and accountability are ugly words but must happen..for the students. It could have been stopped.

Former admissions person here...we were routinely provided false data, student success stories which were the exception not the rule, and when that didn't work, we were publicly shamed in meetings and threatened in grim back rooms by thuggish SDOAs. We weren't stupid. Many of us got out as fast as we could. Also, if you are collecting a paycheck you are complicit so stop blame shifting. Go to your school president, or whatever they are now and say, hey, this isn't working, these students aren't prepared for college level work. They're dropping out and in debt. We must do something to operate with integrity. They will have you out in 10 minutes and you'll be better off for it.
At my campus, there was very little scrutiny about who was let in. I was on the committee and saw many students rejected that Admissions ended up putting through. I honestly don't think there was a committee the last 3 years. Admissions people are brain washed to think everyone can succeed. What a bunch of losers
