Severance Terms
Regular Exempt Pfizer Employees:

12 weeks of pay, flat

Extra 3 weeks of pay for every year of tenure

Lines above max out at 104 weeks
Voluntary Early Retirement (need to be at least 55, need to have 10 years of tenure)

Will be fully vested
-
Get Healthcare at current rates, maxing out at 3 years
