Thread regarding Conduent layoffs

I really can’t imagine how the company can expect any significant results from the workers if they keep lying to our faces and treating us like commodities. They say they promote certain values, but in reality they do just the opposite, they say our job is safe, but offshoring and job cuts seem to be an everyday threat to us, they say they value employees, but in reality, we are worked to a physical maximum and replaced when that suits them. What they don’t understand or don’t want to understand is that in these conditions people spend more time worrying about their jobs than doing the actual work. This is bound to backfire on the company sooner or later.
