New system is slow and garbage. Last week our manager tells us to use STAR in Chrome but but but I thought it had to be used with Microsoft stuff. It still freezes and crashes. Then the back end document processors are SLOW to the point that things have to be escalated constantly. It’s the worst and yet here we are. Better have 4 students because you’re behind. Just the worst ever.

STAR is the worst thing that ever happened to this campus.
Seems like they are setting us up for failure.
