Never heard of any GE leadership program candidate getting laid off or fired? They either get promoted or move to lateral roles and leave their sh-- to be cleaned by others. Why is this? For some reason all these so called "leaders" know which business will be impacted and stared finding new roles in other divisions. Now, when the parent company is on fire, these "leaders" are abandoning the ship. SHAME ON THESE LEADERS !!!

True your post is very true.. I don't know what disgusted me the most... The two jealous bi$ches or the two men without spines??? While I was there I saw that a lot... The OMLP is an absolute disgrace. Partial down fall of a once great company . Corporate legal theft the other reason...
A protected class – often, unconditionally and without any deserving merit. This practice is one of the major causes of the current downfall. It needs to change if the company is ever to restore its health.
The “sharp model” example is life happening, at its worst, or close. Logic, justice, and common sense are often not the prevailing concerns. Sad but true.
They are not leaders but the same types that pass the scripted test from a check sheet. Anyone different is automatically stated to be not specific enough.... Knew a girl that was super sharp but model perfect. She didn't get in the program because the two women thumbed her down. The men didn't stand up because they're leaders you know... What a joke of a program !
