Guys in building A have been trying to ‘play management’ but in reality we’re taking lambs to the slaughter in Tyler. Can’t blame these guys either- they were just trying to hold down the fort but leadership just isn’t coming and they’re just not equipped. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
