It’s so difficult to remain positive and focused at Juniper when the house is on fire. Change is desperately needed, drain the swamp, purge the greed and ignorance at the c-suite. Get rid of the toxic waste that is causing so much havoc.

Juniper is struggling like never before! It's not due to the economy. It's not even the characteristics of the products. Not product features or quality that is reducing sales that's leading to layoffs. It is the products themeselves. We keep building the wrong hardware and software. We have been doing this for
years. We have not built a single product in over 7 years that is any good. This is our fundamental problem. We have been misled by selfish id--t leaders. product management and marketing is sub par. We all know these clowns are still trying to please AT&T, our largest customer, who has unknowingly run us down into the ground. The leaders who let this happen need to be punished. Rami on down. F_ck AT&T and everyone licking their nut sack.
The Board of Directors need to step in now - fire RR, fire the C-Suite execs and start from scratch. That's the only hope for success. If not, sell the company to Google and expect half the employees to be decimated. Google wants the land in Sunnyvale anyway.
One word... RUN!
Yes agree that it has to be cleaned up.
But should be done publicly, like how Apple, Microsoft etc did and revived.
The plan should be clear to be back again.
Juniper could have been AWS, it has the best cloud networking solution, way far ahead of everything the Contrail. But yet it couldn't make best use of the product.
