Just search news and you will see what's going on. Jobs are being cut. Also, a lot of moves and change in how you are paid are being implemented without any employee input.
The company has a weak HR and they do not promote from within, they hide that fact from you when they hire you... Also, almost no women in top management, it's an old culture and the executive levels are like a frat house / club.
