Thread regarding Conduent layoffs

Question: Getting a raise at Conduent

What's the strategy to deploy if one wants to get a solid raise with Conduent? Any tips and tricks that I can use. I was flat last year.

Been that way for a long time! I was laid off in March 2018 after 10 years! NEVER got a raise in the 10 years. Got a call o a Friday morning and was told that my position was eliminated. I was told that I would be done in 2 weeks! That's all the notice they give you. After 10 years, I got the maximum of 4 weeks severance pay... THAT'S IT!! I had 1 week of vacation earned through March and I had over 400 hours of sick time (didn't call out very often). LOST ALL OF THAT!!! Don't pay for vacation earned or sick time earned. They cut off my health insurance at the end of the 2 weeks. So, at age 63, I suddenly had no job, no income and no health insurance!

Conduent could care less about people, especially in the USA!!! I did find out that the work that I was doing, by myself, was sent to the Indian Sh--HOLE and I was replaced by 5 injuns.

If you get any chance at a new job outside the company, RUN FAST!!!!

Lol! I was there I over 11 years and can count on ONE HAND the raises received! Plenty of title changes for no pay. If you want to move forward with title and pay that matches your career growth, LEAVE! I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this company. Promises made, promises broken. That is the company core value.

Raise at Conduent? That's funny. Unless you're in high-level management, you ain't got a chance.
