Thread regarding Altice USA (Cablevision) layoffs

Altice or FIOS, which one has better quality TV?

A customer here, need your opinion. My company has a busy board here, so I thought I may ask my fellow layoff-ers

Verizon is probably more expensive but it's a far superior product.

Want to save yourself time , money and a headache. Pick the company with the best internet and then subscribe to Hulu Live Tv and Netflix. As far as devices use the Amazon fire Pendent. All the other devices buffer to much. No monthly converter fees , no BS surcharges for basic or sports channels.

Its a different way to watch tv. But well worth it. Besides thats the direction its all going any way. I've converted a bunch of my friends to this format and they love it. As far as Hulu live Tv there are 3 different packages so pick the one that has all your favorite channels. The one I selected was 39.00 per month. Total cost for tv viewing including the modem service 90.00 per month. Also purchase your own modem so they cant charge you for that either. Good Luck !!!!

Go With Verizon. I’m a former employee and I need to now pay for service. It’s all around a much better product. The best thing about optimum was their service. Sadly that has gone way down the hill and it’s a money game to see how much each tech can charge customers a day. I don’t know the business model of Verizon but it has less working parts in the plant. Unfortunately the company lost a lot of good workers. There are still some decent guys around but even they could care less about fixing a problem because they just want to meet productivity numbers to stay off the radar.
