Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Clients UNHAPPY with inexperienced Associates

It didn't take long to hear clients concerns with the virtual "blank stare" approach of many in the new workforce (centers). Experienced clients KNOW when they have an inexperienced/unknowledgable associate dealing with them. And, they are not happy. They pay for knowledge and experience. ADP gives them cheap labor workers instead.

SAD.

Just a matter of time...Competitors Win.

What would happen if clients were given the real facts on what ADP has done to their long tenured, experienced employees and what in turn ADP and Carlos and his gang have done to the clients service levels, and jeopardizing the clients information and exposing personal identifiable information of their employees all over the world with little or no regards to where or who is accessing or sharing that information? I smell a massive data breach just waiting to happen at the hands of the cheap, inexperienced labor being brought in and fake, incapable management lying their way through each day.

Thats right, competitors will easily win. I saw a post on this layoff site where an actual ADP client located this blog by accident. the client posted something about emailing in and her ADP reps weren't replying to her... since they were being laid off in the middle of helping her with some project!
