What has been changed in the BC's settlement agreement?

Except BC is reneging on the transition bonus payout - even though the original terms are quite clear and in writing. I don't know a single person planning to sign BC's settlement agreement - despite warnings from management to do so. Get ready for a class action BC.
no, it's not but BC doesn't give a sh-- about that. all we hear is "this is a company with quick decisions and no exceptions....if we make mistakes we fix it later". i recommend to look for another job. based on your skills and role other companies offer attractive sign-on bonuses that are sometimes more attractive than the b---s--- BC RSU program for STAY people. being STAY actually feels like a slap in the face but I'm going to change that soon. no interest in working for such a company. actually feels like being employed in north-korea.
I was a TERM. In November, received my severance and last IAR check. While I miss my former co workers, do not miss working for the BC version of CA.
Actually landed a better position ( hope you are all listening).
Don’t miss CA ...Just saying..
it is obvious that transition people got best deal. People stayed or divested were forced out through attrition without any bonus/severance pay.
Probably the OP is a stay mainframer.... clean your noze.....
Yes! It is fair because transition means uncertainty, and that should be compensated.
Remember that transition people are going to loose their Jobs.
You can answer the question yourself, if you're a stay: would you switch your condition for those bonuses?
